1. Digital delivery — no shipping required All products sold by Narrative Black History Group are digital downloads. There is nothing to post or ship.

After your purchase is complete, you will receive an email containing your download link, sent to the email address used at checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.

If you experience any difficulty accessing your files, please contact us at orders@narrativeblackhistory.co.uk and we will help you as quickly as possible.

  1. Physical products — shipping and delivery

Our physical products include items such as The Cookout game and Christmas wrapping paper.

Physical products are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Available delivery options, shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout or on the relevant product page.

Some products, including printed wrapping paper, may be produced or printed to order and fulfilled by a third-party supplier. Production and delivery times may therefore vary according to the product and delivery option selected.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct before completing your order.

  1. Order processing and delivery estimates

Any processing times, dispatch estimates and delivery estimates provided on the product page or during checkout should be used to understand when your order is expected to arrive.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Delays may occasionally occur because of production issues, courier services or circumstances outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can help investigate.

  1. Damaged, faulty or incorrect deliveries

If a physical product arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or different from what you ordered, please contact orders@narrativeblackhistory.co.uk.

Include your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where helpful. We will review the issue and explain the next steps.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
